The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving branch profitability, business growth, portfolio quality, customer acquisition, and overall branch operations. The role involves managing Gold Loan business, leading branch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering a superior customer experience.

What you'll do

Drive Gold Loan business growth by acquiring new customers and increasing branch portfolio
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for disbursement, revenue, and profitability
Manage end-to-end branch operations including customer servicing, documentation, and loan processing
Lead, coach, and motivate branch employees to enhance productivity and performance
Ensure accurate valuation of pledged gold through effective supervision of valuation activities
