About the role

The Area Head - Gold Loan will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, portfolio quality, and operational excellence across the assigned territory. The role involves managing multiple Gold Loan branches, leading Branch Managers and field teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering customer-centric solutions to achieve business objectives.

What you'll do

• Business Growth & Revenue Management
• Drive Gold Loan business across assigned branches in Tirupati and surrounding markets
• Achieve branch-wise disbursement, revenue, portfolio, and profitability targets
• Develop and execute local market strategies to increase customer acquisition and market penetration
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion potential within the territory
