AI Agent Product Manager

About the role

As an AI Agent Product Manager at SquadStack.ai you’ll own each stage of the AI Agent building and deployment process for the largest consumer enterprises. You’ll work directly with VP and C-level executives to shape their AI roadmap, write and test prompt logic for high-impact use cases, and collaborate with engineering to design new product features.

What you'll do

• Own enterprise Voice AI Agents end-to-end, taking them from concept to production and driving continuous optimization
• Understand customer workflows and translate them into effective conversational journeys, business rules, and AI-agent configurations
• Write, test, and refine prompts to deliver accurate, natural, contextual, and brand-aligned conversations
• Analyse test and live calls to identify issues, handle edge cases, and continuously improve agent performance
• Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams to resolve challenges and deliver scalable solutions

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
