AI and Automation Engineer, Lead

About the role

As an AI and Automation Engineer, Lead in our Rearward Deployed Engineering (RDE) group, you will embed with an existing corporate-function team to understand how work gets done and deliver practical AI, automation and integration solutions. You will build trust, ask incisive questions, present ideas clearly and take solutions from discovery through production and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Build trust, ask incisive questions, present ideas clearly and take solutions from discovery through production and continuous improvement
• Design: Translate business needs into secure, scalable solution designs that use the appropriate combination of deterministic automation, integrations
• Build: Create AI-enabled workflows, applications, APIs and integrations using approved enterprise technologies, and communicate prototypes
• Measure and improve: Establish baselines, measure outcomes such as cycle time, effort, quality, adoption and operating cost
