What you'll do

• Lead social listening and digital intelligence engagements, translating business objectives into research frameworks, listening strategies, and actionable insights
• Leverage AI, LLMs, and automation to streamline social data collection, analysis, sentiment assessment, topic clustering, trend identification, and insight generation
• Explore and implement AI-first approaches to improve the speed, accuracy, scalability, and quality of social listening and consumer intelligence deliverables
• Work with AI platforms, social listening tools, APIs, and data connectors to integrate information from social media, online news, forums, reviews
