About the role

Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle. Apply AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions, maintain quality and compliance, and continuously improve how software is built and operated.

What you'll do

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes
Expected to perform independently and become an SME
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support
