About the role

Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle. Apply AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions, maintain quality and compliance, and continuously improve how software is built and operated. As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.

What you'll do

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
