About the role

Bridge between business and IT, who also builds and deploys AI assistants and copilots end-to-end, from requirements to adoption.

What you'll do

  • Gather requirements, identify process improvements and AI use cases with business stakeholders
  • Design, build and deploy copilots, chatbots and GenAI apps (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Claude)
  • Build RAG solutions on enterprise knowledge sources
  • Integrate assistants with Teams, M365, SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow or Jira
  • Optimise prompts and workflows, monitor quality, apply Responsible AI practices
