AI Systems Engineer

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 3 to 5 years of software engineering or AI product development experience. At least 2 years building and deploying production-grade LLM applications. Proven capability designing agentic systems, multi-step reasoning workflows and tool use. Deep understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings and retrieval optimisation.

What you'll do

• Architect a flagship enterprise AI agent from the ground up
• Shape AI quality, governance and AgentOps standards
• Lead the architecture and development of a next-generation enterprise AI agent
• Design multi-agent workflows with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI
• Build end-to-end agent pipelines spanning prompting, retrieval, reasoning and tool execution
