AI Technology Instructor (Contract to Hire role) - (Pro-Code & No-Code Development, OpenAI Codex, API Integration, Oracle VBCS, AI Agent Development, Node-Based Workflows & Automation)

About the role

You will build, integrate, test, evaluate, and troubleshoot enterprise AI solutions and transform that experience into courses, labs, code samples, demonstrations, assessments, and certification-aligned learning assets. You will also collaborate closely with Oracle Product Development to validate implementation approaches, resolve technical challenges, and ensure training evolves alongside Oracle product capabilities and releases.

What you'll do

• Create hands-on learning experiences: Develop technically rigorous courses, labs, reusable code repositories, walkthroughs, demonstrations, assessments
• Partner with Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and subject-matter experts to validate technical approaches, investigate issues
• Apply AI-assisted development practices: Use enterprise-approved AI tools for prototyping, development, debugging, documentation, testing, evaluation
• Ensure technical quality and reproducibility: Maintain accurate, secure, reproducible, and maintainable code, labs, environments, dependencies
• Provide technical leadership: Establish technical standards, review complex learning assets, mentor colleagues, develop reusable technical patterns
