AI Tool Admin

About the role

From stock quotes to Twitter streams, Apache logs to WordPress blogs, our products are extending what's possible with data, delivering on the promise that good things come from connecting the dots. Often, what you can do with our products is only limited by what you can dream up. Elastic, makers of the hugely popular open source products Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats, is growing very fast and so is our marketing team.

What you'll do

• Own the AI-level configuration, system prompts, and governance standards for every tool in the approved marketing AI stack
• Act as the human review layer for AI-generated content and submissions, serving as the final checkpoint before anything goes live when agents flag warnings
• Enforce the tool ownership model, ensuring every approved marketing AI tool has a named owner assigned before teams begin using it
• Maintain the internal prompt library, approved-use guidelines, and minimum starting prompts available to marketers across the organisation
• Partner with the Marketing AI Engineer to onboard new tools and workflows through the appropriate approval processes
