AIML Engineer Digital & AI

About the role

You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products, leverage emerging technologies, and drive continuous innovation across the organization. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience delivering AI projects from concept to production.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy digital and AI solutions, including AI/ML systems, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP applications, computer vision systems
• Provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and engineers, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify innovation opportunities
• Establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, security, scalability, and reliability, utilizing technologies such as Python
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring solution performance, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
