About the role

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle all front desk duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing guest inquiries
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are completed accurately
• Maintain and update guest records and reservation information
• Assist guests with luggage and provide them with information about the airport and local area
