About the role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport.

What you'll do

  • Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
  • Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
  • Perform security checks and screenings on passengers and their baggage
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger inquiries or concerns
  • Monitor flight schedules and assist with flight coordination
