About the role

As an Airport Ground Staff – Boarding Gate Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding process for our passengers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers at the boarding gate and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome passengers at the boarding gate with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
• Assist passengers with any queries or concerns they may have before boarding
• Coordinate with the boarding crew to ensure a timely and organized boarding process
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues with passengers' tickets or baggage
