About the role
As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport.
What you'll do
- Greeting and welcoming passengers upon their arrival at the airport
- Assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes
- Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities
