About the role

As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely operation of our flights. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
• Handle passenger baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight
• Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a timely departure
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Coordinate with other ground staff and flight crew to ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights
