About the role

As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Your duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as providing information and assistance to customers as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
• Help passengers with baggage check-in and handling, including tagging, weighing, and loading onto the correct flights
• Provide information and assistance to customers, such as flight schedules, gate changes, and airport services
• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the airport and its facilities
