Alumni Associate

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Alumni Associate to join our team and strengthen the connections between our institution and its alumni community. The Alumni Associate will play a key role in engaging with our alumni community, fostering relationships, and coordinating events and programs to keep our alumni connected and involved.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni to enhance engagement
• Plan and coordinate alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to foster community
• Collaborate with other departments to involve alumni in mentoring, volunteering, and fundraising initiatives
• Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Manage alumni volunteer opportunities and career services for graduates

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Communication
• Any graduate
