About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development to manage the end-to-end proposal and tendering process. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in preparing high-quality proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and managing submission requirements across national procurement platforms.

What you'll do

Proposal Development & Coordination
Prepare comprehensive proposals and documentation as per instructions from the Business Development Lead
Draft technical proposals in compliance with RFP/tender requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Liaise effectively with internal departments (technical, legal, finance, HR) to collect and compile relevant data, credentials, and support documentation
Tender & Procurement Monitoring
