About the role

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LisƟng RegulaƟons, SEBI Insider Trading RegulaƟons, Secretarial Standards, FEMA and other applicable laws. Prepare and file periodic and event-based returns, disclosures and inƟmaƟons with MCA, Stock Exchanges and other regulatory authoriƟes. Monitor statutory and regulatory compliances through the Company's compliance management system and follow up with respecƟve owners for Ɵmely closure.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LisƟng RegulaƟons, SEBI Insider Trading RegulaƟons, Secretarial Standards, FEMA and other applicable laws
• Prepare and file periodic and event-based returns, disclosures and inƟmaƟons with MCA, Stock Exchanges and other regulatory authoriƟes
• Monitor statutory and regulatory compliances through the Company's compliance management system and follow up with respecƟve owners for Ɵmely closure
• Handle dividend, unpaid/unclaimed dividend and IEPF compliances
• Assist in related party transacƟon, shareholding, corporate acƟon and other SEBI-related compliances
