AM-IT & ERP(SAP)

About the role

Incumbent will be responsible for managing the organization's existing SAP system while coordinating with the SAP module partner to ensure smooth transition and business continuity. The role will oversee IT infrastructure, ERP administration, user support, system security, and business process optimization.

What you'll do

• Manage and support the existing ERP (SAP, Tally) system to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and internal stakeholders during the SAP rollout and provide business support as required
• Analyze business requirements and recommend IT-enabled process improvements
• Provide functional support and coordinate issue resolution across Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Stores
• Manage ERP master data including price lists, discount structures, GST configurations, and financial document numbering
