What you'll do

Facilitate cross functional workshops to develop cost reduction ideas
Drive design changes through engineering systems using established engineering processes (e.g. SRC, CCB and CRB)
Lead technical discussions and cross-functional project meetings
Work with the Test and Validation group to plan and maintain timing to validate the cost-reduction ideas
Present cost reduction ideas to internal and external stakeholders

What you need

5–9 yrs of experience
Mechanical engineering
B.Tech or B.E.
