About the role
This role is the critical architect of our "Connected Factory," responsible for the physical and digital realization of manufacturing processes on the plant floor. You will lead the deployment of advanced production lines for Power and Thermal products, ensuring that Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and Yamazumi models are executed with precision.
What you'll do
- On-Site Process & OT Deployment: Lead the physical installation of manufacturing lines, integrating OT devices and Automation into a unified factory ecosystem
- Orchestrate the rollout of Ignition Perspective HMI and Microsoft Power Apps to provide shop-floor operators with real-time digital work instructions and performance…
- Smart Tooling & IoT Integration: Direct the deployment and calibration of DC Torque tools and smart sensors
- Ensure these devices are networked to capture granular assembly data (e.g., torque curves
- Factory-Level Yamazumi Execution: Validate and refine Yamazumi modeling on the shop floor
