Amenities Manager, Director, Facilities Amenities

About the role

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Amenities Manager to lead the delivery and continuous evolution of workplace amenities across Bengaluru, creating a first-class employee and guest experience through strong operational leadership, innovation and partnership. This is a Director level position within the Facilities Amenities team.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Bengaluru amenities services, ensuring a consistent, first-class employee, guest and VIP experience
• Oversee the Bengaluru fitness and wellbeing offering, including fitness center operations, membership administration
• Provide strong operational governance across service partners, driving performance against agreed service standards, KPIs and commercial objectives
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners and vendors, proactively addressing service needs, risks and opportunities
• Lead operational readiness and execution for workplace projects, events and service changes, coordinating effectively across internal teams and external partners
