About the role

KKR’s Global Benefits team is seeking an experienced

What you'll do

  • Support the administration and oversight of benefits programs across the Americas
  • Contribute to the development and advancement of the Americas healthcare and wellness strategy, with a focus on preventive care, mental and financial well-being
  • Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including employee life cycle events (onboarding, transfers, terminations)
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support across all benefit programs
