AML (PM) Advisory and Counseling Manager

About the role

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas) Provide day-to-day AML/CTF advisory support to business units, operations, and other key stakeholders. Interpret and communicate AML regulatory requirements to ensure business initiatives comply with local and global standards.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day AML/CTF advisory support to business units, operations, and other key stakeholders
• Advise on AML implications of new products, services, and customer onboarding processes
• Assist in the development and review of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory alignment
• Respond to internal queries and provide guidance on complex AML issues
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to assess and mitigate financial crime risks
