Analog Validation Manager

About the role

In this role, you will direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating digital electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. You may also evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives.

What you'll do

• Direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating digital electronic parts
• Responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating digital electronic parts
• Lead analog validation engineering team and drive validation strategies for TI's cutting-edge wireless connectivity products
• Oversee validation of complex RF and analog systems on advanced technology nodes
• Define and implement comprehensive validation strategies encompassing Hardware, Software, and Instrumentation across the analog validation portfolio
