Analyst - Actuarial Life Valuation

About the role

The HIT Squad is CBSI’s dedicated actuarial innovation team, focused on standardising, automating, and improving key processes across Life Actuarial Valuation. As an Actuarial Technology expert, you will combine actuarial knowledge with practical technology skills to build automated workflows, support controlled use of AI tools, and develop reusable, auditable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the offshore valuation team

What you'll do

• Process Automation & Workflow Engineering: Design, build, and maintain automated actuarial workflows using Python and SQL to replace manual
• Evaluate emerging tools and prototype practical use cases relevant to Life actuarial functions
• Documentation & Standardization: Build well-documented, version-controlled, reusable code and process documentation
• Establish standards so any team member can run, support, and maintain a process without relying on the original author
