What you'll do

• Support site-level review of contractor RA bills, measurement sheets, BOQ quantities, rates and supporting documents
• Verify executed quantities against approved drawings, BBS, JMR/measurement records and actual site progress
• Perform site checks to validate quality and quantity of work executed before bill review
• Review availability of quality records such as inspection reports, checklists, pour cards, test reports, material certificates and NCR closure records
• Identify discrepancies in measurements, quantities, rates or supporting documentation and maintain an observation/query tracker for closure
