What you'll do

  • Warranty Claim Review & Adjudication
  • Review and adjudicate warranty claims in accordance with company warranty policies, PPH program contracts, commercial agreements, and applicable procedures
  • Evaluate claim documentation, maintenance records, invoices, and supporting evidence to determine warranty eligibility and claim validity
  • Verify claim compliance with contractual obligations, warranty coverage, technical requirements, and customer agreements
  • Calculate and authorize accurate claim settlements while ensuring financial accuracy and consistency
