Analyst – Collateral & Margin Operations (Derivatives)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our Middle Office Operations team, supporting collateral and margin processing across a diverse portfolio of separately managed accounts for large institutional clients. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of collateral processes related to both bilateral and cleared derivatives, ensuring timely and accurate margin calls, dispute resolution, and settlement of collateral movements.

What you'll do

• Manage margin workflows across multiple asset classes (e.g., OTC derivatives, futures, swaps)
• Investigate and resolve margin disputes with counterparties in a timely and controlled manner
• Escalate material discrepancies or aged disputes to senior stakeholders
• Utilize BlackRock Aladdin for trade and collateral management processes
• Partner closely with front office, risk, legal, and treasury teams to resolve issues impacting margin flows
