About the role

Analyst - Compliance at Eaton. This position will be based in Eaton’s Ethics and Compliance Corporate office in Pune.

What you'll do

• Support screening activities, monitoring for our third parties / distributors and sales agents before we work with them, conduct watchlist screening
• The role also carries ownership of the recurring 3PDD reporting and data-maintenance cycle, which requires hands-on Microsoft Excel and Power BI capability
• Third Party Due Diligence (3PDD)
• Support the day-to-day execution of local and global Third-Party Compliance activities including screening of third parties and on-going monitoring of third party vendors
• Ensure third parties / distributors / sales agents are sufficiently identified, assessed, screened and monitored before entering into contracts
