About the role

Atleast 5 years’ experience working with Coupa application with experience such as: Experience applying project management methodologies. Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming. Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams. Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor control reports, analyze data
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems promptly. Maintain documentation for common solutions
