About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. 1-3 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a Finance Functional Analyst. Experience working with incident management/ticketing tools.

What you'll do

• Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and go-live support
• Work closely with functional and technical team members to deliver project activities on time
• Assist in data migration, data management, deployments, and system testing activities
• Provide application support, incident resolution, and defect analysis in SLA-based support engagements
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user guides
