Analyst - Debt Syndication| Mumbai

About the role

This role involves end-to-end execution of syndication transactions, preparation of market-facing documentation, and relationship management with lenders, without any team management responsibilities. Assist in setting up and managing the debt syndication desk for risk distribution and deal origination.

What you'll do

• Assist in setting up and managing the debt syndication desk for risk distribution and deal origination
• Provide syndication advisory in consultation with the Business Unit (BU) for structuring and placement strategies
• Work closely with BU teams from deal origination through execution and market placement of bank-underwritten exposures
• Execute sell-down/syndication transactions in line with regulatory guidelines and ensure timely reporting for market placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Banks, PSU Banks, NBFCs, Funds, and Mutual Funds to facilitate syndication opportunities
