About the role

This position, Analyst - Digital Software Contracts, is for Entry-level Procurement professional. This role carries out processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. It requires a mix of transactional, technology and organizational skills, and the enthusiasm to keep pace with RTX dynamic agenda.

What you'll do

Maintain and update contracts in the Contract Management Systems (e.g. Contracts Tracker, Ariba etc.)
Support and follow through to execution for MTA, MSA, Order Forms and NDAs and associated amendments
Supports the preparation of request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages
Assembles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information for analysis
Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction

What you need

SAP
POS
B.Tech or B.E.
