Analyst Distributed Pricing

About the role

Cultivate the day to day relationship with the customer. The Analyst is responsible for overseeing and coordinating both contracted and non-contracted pricing for Medline customers, specifically for distributed products. This role involves comprehensive communication regarding all pricing aspects. It also includes managing expectations around price changes related to contracts or non-contracted pricing.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage customer pricing requests from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with pricing processes
• Analyze, research, and resolve pricing issues submitted by customers, Dedicated Service Managers (DSM), and sales representatives
• Perform weekly Price Change Notifications (PCN) audits to ensure accuracy and communicate changes to customers
• Analyze pricing requests by various methods such as verification of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) rosters
• This involves diligent cross-checking to ensure data accuracy
