About the role

The Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining compliance, and continuously improving the onboarding process.

What you'll do

Onboarding Management: Develop, coordinate, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Training Delivery: Deliver onboarding training modules, including company policies, culture, role-specific tools
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in the onboarding process and suggest improvements for efficiency
Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and track progress using Excel and other tools, including training completion
