Understand client queries and requirements, investigate issues and solve problems Independently handle clients – establish self as a valued partner Co-ordination with team working in different shifts and efficient handover of action items

What you'll do

• Responsible for meeting defined SLAs and KPIs, maintaining process accuracy, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Provide solutions-oriented responses via email
• Interact with clients to solve their queries withing the given SLAs – Email
• Optimize processes, improve processes and review quality
• Create daily reports providing volume details along with analytics

What you need

• 0–4 years in data & business analytics
• Excel
• Capital markets
• Chartered Accountant or MBA or M.Com or B.Com or BBA or BCA or MCA
