What you'll do

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior executives while actively engaging in business processes
• Cross-functional coordination for supporting the company’s signatory process through document routing, quality checks, and signature allocation
• Manage daily calendars for senior U.S.-based executives and coordinating firmwide meetings across time zones
• Assist with expense submissions (Workday experience is a plus), travel logistics, and visitor arrangements, organizing internal events and leadership visits
• Maintain effective communication and recordkeeping, including archiving recordings and managing firmwide announcements and communications wherever applied
