About the role
This role acts as a bridge between execution and strategy—overseeing junior associates to ensure accurate economic analyses, while collaborating with senior management to defend tax audits and identify tax optimization opportunities across various cross-border jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Compliance & Documentation Management
- Lead the preparation and delivery of local files, master files, and Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR) in strict alignment with regional regulations and OECD/UN guidelines
- Oversee annual compliance reporting functions, including transfer pricing disclosures (e.g., Form 3CEB or regional equivalents)
- Review economic analyses, functional and risk assessments to support intercompany transactions
- Benchmarking & Economic Analysis
What you need
- 2–4 yrs of experience
