Analyst - Fund Accounting - Private Equity/Real Estate

About the role

Fund Accounting Provide inputs to the Fund administrator for preparation of quarterly workpapers, Financials, taxes etc. First review of output and liaising with administrator. Finance Roll over valuation models and support the valuation process Investment Structuring Prepare instructions for incorporating entities as per structuring documents

What you'll do

• Review of workpapers prepared by the Fund Admin including carried interest calculations
• Review of the capital statements, capital calls and distributions
• Coordinate and review work performed by an external fund administrator
• Assist with Funds audit, drafting confirmations, provide support etc
• Prepare annual Opex and revenue budgets for the Lines of Business (LOBs), update forecasts, monitor and report variances monthly

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Financial analysis
• US GAAP

• Financial statements

• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
