Analyst II, Admin GCC Operations

About the role

Overview Kraft Heinz India GCC is looking for a dynamic Admin Analyst (B15) who brings a strong blend of administrative operations and IT onboarding expertise to support a modern, digitally enabled workplace. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless workplace operations while driving IT-enabled onboarding, digital workspace adoption, and vendor governance, along with collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across functions.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end IT onboarding for new hires including system access, hardware readiness, and workspace setup
• Drive a digitally enabled workspace, ensuring smooth collaboration across tools and platforms
• Support users with basic IT queries and coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution
• Maintain digital assets, access records, and onboarding documentation 2. Administrative Operations Oversight
• Supervise daily administrative operations across the workplace floor
