Analyst II - GBS Global PPM

About the role

Analyst – GBS Finance Planning & Performance Management The Analyst will support the GBS Finance Planning & Performance Management agenda across GCC India, GCC Mexico, broader GBS zones, non-GCC components including NA, EPDM, WHQ, external vendor/tower ecosystems, and partners such as Genpact.

What you'll do

• Financial planning and reporting support: Support AOP, LE, forecasting, and performance reporting activities for the assigned GBS scope, including data consolidation
• AOP and LE process coordination: Assist with budget tracker maintenance, cost center and package-level data checks, service cost assumptions, upload templates
• Accounting and control support: Support accruals, reclasses, true-ups, intercompany recharges, cost allocations
• Process discipline and documentation: Maintain trackers, working files, supporting schedules, audit trails, and standard process documentation to ensure accuracy

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Variance analysis
• FP&A
• Reconciliation
• Performance management
• CA Intermediate or CMA or MBA or B.Com or BBA
