Analyst II, GTM Strategy & Design

About the role

The GCC Analyst for GTM Strategy & Design is an important role designed to amplify the impact of our global GTM Sprints function. This individual will act as the operational and analytical engine for the Senior Manager, supporting the end-to-end execution of high-priority GTM sprints and pilots.

What you'll do

• Support the Senior Manager in scoping, planning, and executing GTM sprints and pilots across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with defined timelines
• Coordinate the end-to-end project plan, managing documentation, timelines, status updates, and dependencies across internal teams (Sales, Omni, P&P, Finance etc.)
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and workshops, capturing key outcomes, decisions, and action items, and ensuring follow-through
• Consolidate and analyse market, customer, and field force data to support the design of market entry models and GTM strategies, including geo-whitespace assessment
• Monitor sprint performance, track KPIs, and support ROI estimation to provide a clear view of initiative effectiveness
