Analyst II - Marketing Ops

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support a wide range of marketing activities. This role will focus on supporting the marketing team's operations, budgets, project management, and content management, ensuring smooth processes and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

• Budget & Administrative Support
• Processing Purchase Orders (POs): Responsible for processing, confirming, and invoicing POs using provided forms and details
• Processing Invoices: Handle the administration of invoices, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately for timely payments
• ContentHub Asset/Artwork Uploading: Manage and upload content assets and artwork to ContentHub, ensuring proper categorization and timely availability
• Asset Management on Brand-Bank: Oversee the upload and management of marketing assets on Brand-Bank, ensuring all assets are current, accessible

What you need
