Analyst - India Payroll, Finance at Arcesium. Payroll Processing Support.

What you'll do

• Process monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements and new joiner and exit data
• Validate payroll data for accuracy and completeness and flag discrepancies before each payroll run
• Generation and distribution of pay slips, tax statements (e.g., Form 16) and other payroll-related employee documents
• Reconcile payroll registers against the general ledger and investigate variances
• Maintain payroll trackers and keep employee master data current in the HRIS/payroll system

What you need
