Analyst Lead, Compliance (Payments Domain)

About the role

The role forms part of APAC Global Regulatory Compliance and acts as the second line of defence for FIS payments products and services in India. The successful candidate will provide independent regulatory compliance advice, oversight, and challenge in line with the Global Compliance Playbook and applicable policies and standards.

What you'll do

• Advise business, product, technology, and legal stakeholders on regulatory obligations, compliant solutions
• Oversee regulatory change, regulatory mapping, compliance risk assessments, and reviews of new products, enhancements, and expansion into new jurisdictions
• Monitor implementation plans and compliance issues, validate supporting evidence, challenge deficiencies, and escalate material or time-sensitive risks
• Review compliance-related client communications, RFPs, due-diligence responses, and contractual provisions within the scope of second-line oversight
• Support governance reporting, regulatory examinations, and stakeholder engagement in coordination with Regulatory Relations, Legal, and relevant compliance teams
