Analyst, NDA & Supplier Governance

About the role

The Analyst supports the team in managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) associated with supplier and business engagements. The role coordinates NDA requests from initiation through execution, ensuring documentation is complete, stakeholders are aligned, records are maintained, and outstanding items are actively followed through.

What you'll do

• Coordinate NDA requests for new and existing suppliers, partners, and other external parties
• Review incoming requests for completeness and ensure the appropriate NDA process is followed
• Coordinate communication between internal requestors, suppliers, Procurement/GSM, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders
• Track and follow up proactively NDAs from initiation through review, signature, and completion
• Maintain accurate NDA records, status information, and supporting documentation
